Patient FAQ's

 

Do I need a referral to see a physio?

No, only DVA.

Do I need to bring anything to my consultation?

Bring any X Rays, CT Scans, MRI results, Blood Test results
that are relevant to your appointment.

Do I need to wear anything in particular to my physio appointment?

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing to your physio
appointment.

Do I need to pay on the day for my physio consultation?

All payments are required to be made on the day of your physio
consultation except for Work Cover, TAC and DVA cases.

We accept the following payment methods:
EFTPOS
HICAPS
CASH
CHEQUE
VISA
MASTERCARD

Do you treat Work Cover, TAC and DVA patients?

Yes we do however there may be a small gap fee that you will
be required to pay for on the day of your appointment.

Do I need to confirm my appointment?

The day before your appointment we will endeavour to send out
a “Reminder SMS” to confirm your appointment. If you do not
provide us with a mobile number we encourage you to call our reception
to confirm your appointment.

Will I be charged a fee if I cancel or fail to attend my appointment?

If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel you appointment
less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you may be charged a fee.

Does my health fund cover my consultation fee?

If you have extras cover, a portion of your consultation fee
will be covered. A gap may apply which you will have to pay on the day
of your appointment.
